Based of of Pslocke's idle sprite from all the arcade fighting games she's been in.
The original animation has her shaking as she exhales but it looked a little extreme in the higher resolution so I got rid of it and added a little extra jiggle to spice things up.
There's a bit of a weird shake in her arms and her mouth doesn't hold the exhale pose long enough. This should probably go in fan-art but for some unknown reason gifs aren't allowed there.
